Smelled like weed couldn’t even breathe, cockroaches coming out at night, people having dogs pee in the cement in parking lot. I’ve stayed in motels before and this was by far the worst experience I have had. Do not stay here pay extra and go somewhere else. Also used hangers from Walmart in closet.

The first room we got, smelled really bad. The second room didn’t smell as bad as the first one, but we realized once we were ready to climb to bed that the toilet was not working. We stayed because we were exhausted and figured we could manage. I’m no going back there never again.

I counted 30 roaches half dead ones all over the entire room including a big one inside the refrigerator!!!!! Disgusting!!! In the morning there was one under inside my sheets yes in my bed!!! There were also many of different sizes running around!!!

There was roaches in the room. The sink had little to no water. No shampoo or conditioner was given. They don’t answer the phone. I got called stating there were no rooms available and that if people don’t pay by 11am then they give the rooms to people that walk up. I don’t understand why the option of reserve and pay at property is given if it isn’t respected.

Room was in good condition. Lot of marijuana smells. Noisy with a lot of sirens. But a good fridge and microwave and a Costco nearby. I was using it as a close alternative to attend an LAX convention at the Marriot. Could not get a ground floor room so had to carry bicycle up for three nights. But ride to metro station and storage in bike lockers worked great. Will probably use them again next year.

Im homeless wanted to shower and be warm after it rained on us by some people that provide aid to the people in the riverbed. We weren't able to contact anyone from the motel bc no one answered phone or was at front desk. We walked after getting all our belongings dry and took us all day. That money could've been used for so many things we need. Life is hard enough for most out here so this day was extremely discouraging. We arrived after 11pm but for no one to answer from customer service was very unprofessional. We are still people with needs. Do better.
