My cottage was built in 2020. This pleasant studio apartment is located on the ground floor in a quiet, friendly neighborhood and comes ready to go for guests. It is fully furnished, complete with full bathroom, kitchen, closet, washer/dryer, new linens, kitchenware, dishes- everything you need to set up a home and live comfortably. Washer/dryer is in apartment closet, excellent A/C, parking right outside your door, a private entrance with very good outdoor lighting for entrance and exit at night.. Just a short 2-4 block walk toward Ventura Boulevard's Tarzana Village Walk with shopping and a dozen different restaurants, Trader Joes, Nordstroms Rack, Sephora, Del Gelato Ice Cream, TLV Tapas Bar, LAFitness, Vons, Gelsons, T.J.Maxx, Walgreens and many more. 12 miles away from the Pacific Ocean for surfing, Santa Monica, and Topanga State Park for beautiful hiking. Tourist attractions nearby as well as downtown Los Angeles with museums and concerts; one hour north to Santa Barbara, 2 hours south to San Diego. Centrally located with easy access to the freeway.
