HOUSE RULES:

It is our mission to ensure that our valued guests enjoy their stay with us! This is a permitted vacation rental with the City of LA.. We also have an equally as important commitment to our neighbors and our community. Below are the house rules that we must enforce. Please read them as well as all your guests prior to confirming your reservation.

* Minimum age to book is 25 years old. Valid photo IDs will be required from all Adult Guests.

* Check-in is after 4 pm | Check out is at 11 am.

MAX NUMBER OF OCCUPANTS 2 - includes infants. Extra Guest Fee applies. ** All Outside Visitors Must Be Pre-Approved**.

The Property is to be occupied by no more than the maximum sleep number stated on reservation unless approved in writing by Management. If Guest exceeds the occupancy limit and falsifies occupancy information at the time of reservation, Guest shall be subject to eviction. "Occupants" includes small children, infants and any and all visitors. If more than the maximum number is found to be occupying the Property at any time, you agree that a charge of $100 per person/per day will be made to your credit card. Additionally, this Agreement may be immediately terminated without a refund of any amounts paid. No Exceptions.

NO PARTIES OR EVENTS - due to the City of LA's strict ban of parties of large groups we need exact headcounts of your guests at all times.

A party is defined as any combination of the following; ANY loud noise and/or excessive drinking that is disruptive to neighboring houses and/or guests outnumbering the maximum amount permitted as defined above. A party will result in an immediate eviction from the property with no refund given under any circumstance. Any exceptions to this policy must be approved by iTrip in writing prior to the arrival date.

NEIGHBOR COMPLAINTS
Actions by guests that result in neighbor complaints or police being called to the Property will result in a minimum $250 charge, which charge will be used to deal with legal issues and fines.

CITY OF LA NOISE ORDINANCE - QUIET HOURS: 10 pm – 8 am. No Outdoor Music or Loud Voices during this time.

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Please completeley shut off t he AC/Heat thermostat system. All the windows and patio/balcony doors closed shut. All the lights, TVs, appliances etc are to be turned off.
Any indoor or outdoor furniture that were moved must be returned back to it's original place or our Cleaners will charge extra cleaning fee.
If applicable, please be sure to leave parking permit or garage remote clicker or building keys inside home. Lock the Front Door.

perfect solo retreat!

perfect solo retreat, property management is on top of all communication and the process of checkin in and out was painless! Would recommend if you need a retreat a little away from all the buzz. I am a writer so it was perfect for me. The neighborhood is quiet but doesn’t have much going on either.
Stayed 30 nights in Apr 2025
