Room was clean, but the smell of whatever was used for cleaning was very strong, and overpowering. Had to leave the door open to air out. Very noisy Air con unit. Room was extremely dated, and very tired. Worn out furniture, no bedside lamps. Wardrobe door coming off hinges. Staff were great. Great location, to Universal Studios. The streets were full of rubbish. Bottleshop, and a couple of restaurants/fast food in walking distance to motel. Would think twice about staying here again. The owners need to spend money and upgrade the place.

Hidden Gem

The rooms are on the smaller side but had everything you could need inside the room. Loved the place the only issue I had was the very compact parking spot.

Is within 5 minutes of the metro tunnel as well as the pick-up station for Universal Studios. Also the donut shop just on the corner is wonderful for breakfast.

Not like the pictures.

It was so close to Universal but the area is run down. Staff was nice and very friendly. Room was very small. I killed a bug as soon as I got in. There are no drawers to put your stuff. I had one small bag so it was okay for me.

Close to universal studio is the main reason we chose this hotel, other than that, all other things are about average. Parking is very limited. The price is a bit high.
