Stunning PRIVATE OCEAN VIEW 1BR residence overlooking Pacific Ocean available for weekly or monthly summer rental – thru LD. Your summer escape is a short 3 min walk to the beach and features an open Living / Kitchen area with panoramic open ocean views and cool flowing breezes. Adjacent to the living area is your master suite w queen bed and down comforter, full bath, tub & shower.

The Residence is surrounded by an expansive deck (1000 SQFT) with 2 separate dining areas and panoramic ocean views as well as an OUTDOOR SHOWER facing the sea.

Situated on a private drive, 150 yards above the ocean and only a short 3 min drive from restaurant’s like NOBU, SOHO House, and upscale shops and Whole Foods in the country market.

Nature surrounds you - Numerous scenic hiking and mountain biking trails along with famous surfing and private cove beaches, mountain springs and swimming holes are all less than 10-15 min away.

In addition to amenities listed, included is Exercise Equip.: BOWFLEX free-weight stack (5-55lbs), weight bench, exercise rings, exercise bands available for guest use.

Owner / agent will meet guests to provide keys and review house rules and policies:
