Room was fine but pretty outdated. Smelled horribly of weed-smoke outside. Beds were hard and walls very thin as we got woken up by screaming neighbors at 3am. Staff was nice enough. Breakfast was bagels, apples and yogurt

Front desk was open late. I did send them a message that we would be arriving several hours past check in. Front desk woman was very friendly. Room was clean and the temperature was comfortable (maybe a little warm for my mother).

Staff was terrific and helpful. Room condition left something to be desired. Beat up furniture, old carpets, walls in need of repair. Linens were clean so that was a plus. Free breakfast was appreciated but on the meager side. Location is the best feature. Walk to light rail and Chick fila next door.

There was no water. Someone cut the waterpipe in the night. I was unable bathe, brush my teeth or flush the toilet. While it is not their fault, it made for a not so enjoyable stay.
