Check in a communication with host was easy. They provided pictures and information step by step for check in. We were waking distance with our two kids to Venice Beach. Neighborhood felt safe with our kids when walking. The views were beautiful. The beds were comfortable. It was a mission to find the pool but again we followed the pic by pic instructions and we found it in the complex. We definitely will stay again. Thank you!

Our host canceled on us day of arrival because we asked for late check in. When he told us late check in was unavailable , we suggested that our son could pick up the key and without a response, he canceled our reservation on the day of arrival on the Valentines/ Presidents’ Day weekend.

Being on the 12th floor provided us the advantage to see both the ocean and the marina. We enjoyed the New Year fireworks from the unit. The host sent very detailed directions and was easy to communicate with. The unit was spacious, clean and had all the amenities needed.

Visiting MDR to help my son move, so did not get to enjoy all amenities, the elevated views of harbor and beach sufficed. Walking distance to necessities; coffee, food, spirits and good vibes, including Saturday farmers market across the street. My car was too tall for parking garage, but there is big, well lit, and safe public parking lot across street - only 6 per 24hr.Impeccable directions for self check in, and quick communication w host. Very cozy and clean, nice bed w comfy linens, memory foam pillows and regular pillows, double sink vanity and spacious great room/kitchen.I would stay here again upon return visit to MDR.I would stay here again

The place was very nice: however, the owner is renting it illegally. There was a notice on the door-3rd day in-saying only the owners are supposed to be there. NO subletting. The notice indicated they had been warned before.

Wonderful Views

The condo itself is beautifully located and equipped with all the amenities you could need for a beautiful stay. I really enjoyed the views of the Marina and being just minutes from the beach and restaurants in the area everything is easily accessible I really enjoyed my stay and will be back !
