The friendly of the staff, and the overall appearance of the hotel. The gym was top notch (for a hotel gym). The club level services and selection was premiere BUT having spent time in many club level room before across north America I will say that it was odd not to be able to go and grab a drink drink in the afternoon/ early evening. Despite that minor disappointment the place was still 10/10

The Omni was so nice. All staff could not be more helpful and friendly. Our room was lovely and clean. The hotel is in a very nice location within walking distance of so many venues and great restaurants. We were born and raised in Calif and decided to play tourist in LA. We had so much fun!
