A check in Staff at night. It was very unprofessional.. had a glance the room looked very clean but walking around barefoot. My feet were very dirty as a result of a very dirty floor. I don't think they're cleaning the floor in the room. the cleaning service parked their cart in front of our room a lot, and held multiple very loud conversations with each other. There was plenty of space in front of the actual few rooms that they were cleaning. Our do not disburb sign was on and their noise level felt intended.

we barely made it to the room and had homeless people in front of my room door that were acting weird and on drugs, we left immediately. i did not feel safe with my young son and i to stay. beware, i called security but they really didnt do anything.

I love staying at this hotel as it’s usually immaculate and everybody is very kind. This time the bathroom had a strong urine smell. I believe the floors around the toilet might not have been cleaned as well as usual. This is the first time I’ve ever had anything negative to say and know that you will quickly address this. Hotel Staff was great and free breakfast is generous. However, the rooms really need updating: remove the gross carpet and couches and the rooms would be much better. Also found two hairs, one and bathroom and one in the bed. Not good! Selvins next door is awesome: always good music, service, food and drinks.
