Small side yard you'll share with our other long-term guest - shaded and perfect for relaxing in our steamy socal summer nights. Come to relax or work in this calm, stylish space with recently updated amenities and great views from the neighborhood.

The guest studio is a modern, contemporary space with recently updated amenities. It is a small space, ideal for 1 person. We are in University Hills, which is a small, quiet, and close knit community within El Sereno. We live at the end of a quiet street located up on a hill, we get really great views of downtown and the valley from the neighborhood. It's a great place to be very close to the city and still find a bit of peace. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do.
