The host requires you complete the following before checking out:

Strip any used beds and gather used towels

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash

Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys

Strip bed and leave used sheets on the couch along with all used towels before checkout. You can leave the comforter on the bed.

Clean and put back all used dishes, cups, pans, silverware, etc.

Return key to lockbox. Make sure to lock driveway gate (by pressing the button with a lock on it) before leaving.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
