Our lovely home is in the Hollywood Hills on a cliff-side w/panoramic views of the Hollywood Sign and Downtown Los Angeles. You have your own private hilltop and a large parking area for 3 large vehicles. We have a full kitchen, dining area, living area w/HDTV, High speed internet, and an extra sofa bed. We are only one mile away from Universal Studios, Hollywood Blvd, and the Hollywood Sign. This unit is on property with another rental but unit and yard are completely separate, private, with own entrance and no shared walls.

During your stay at this vacation home, you'll be within walking distance of Hollywood Bowl. Enjoy features like laundry facilities. Free WiFi and a kitchen are available in the vacation home.

Worst Experience Ever!

I travel very often and have used VRBO several times and have NEVER experienced what I experienced during my trip to LA to celebrate my 40th birthday! Per the pictures (that are no longer available for viewing) this home was not brand new but also not “OLD, SMELLY (mold), and dirty! Absolutely NO TLC! I would not want to cook ANYTHING in the kitchen let alone take a shower in the closet size bathroom!!!! Forget sitting on the raggedy patio furniture for the WONDERFUL VIEW just gross!! One television in the entire 2 bedroom house👀. I walked in the front door and immediately knew there was a problem! And guess what Home Away (VRBO) could only credit my service fee and the owner refused to reimburse even though we did NOT STAY at the residence at all! It was a long 3 hour process back and forth before I realized I was being played on both ends. Also Home Away employees Jorge and Keith were so RUDE and insensitive to the situation. I was even hung up on when I asked to speak with a supervisor. It was definitely worth spending more money and finding a decent place to lay my head. It’s safe to say I will NEVER rent from VRBO again! It’s NOT worth it! They could care less about customer satisfaction! Not sure if this review will even be posted being that the listing is no longer available on the site! He says he gets more business elsewhere. I don’t believe it at all!!! This property is and was a disaster! I bet him and his family won’t live there!!!!!!!!!

Great home/location

This home is located on the legendary Mulholland drive. It is a great location for doing all of the Hollywood touristy adventures. Universal Studios is within a couple miles and you have a awesome view of the Hollywood sign. Given this is an older home, it is very well kept, with newer floors and comfy beds. It was very convenient having private parking and a backyard to enjoy. We felt very safe at this property and had no issues. If we ever return to the area on another vacation, we will not hesitate to rent this property again!
