The check-in was easy and the location was good, but unfortunately, that is where the positives ended. The studio appeared as though a long-term tenant had just moved out; it was clear no one had inspected or cleaned it before my arrival. The blinds were broken, the shower was dirty, the walls were scuffed, and the toilet paper holder was ripped off the wall. There were no washcloths, no pillow protectors, and only two spoons. The pillows themselves were gross and clearly need to be replaced. The first towel I reached for was covered in long black hair. Most frustratingly, the smoke detector was chirping incessantly and we had to locate the router to reset it multiple times throughout the stay. Despite reaching out to the host regarding these issues, I received no response, so we had to buy a 9V battery ourselves and climb a chair to fix the alarm. I was in town for surgery recovery and simply did not have the physical or mental capacity to manage these maintenance issues or find a new place to stay. I sent this entire list to the host at the end of my stay, and he still hasn't responded. I would not recommend staying here.
