- ROOFTOP QUIET HOURS START AT 10pm (even talking echos throughout the neighborhood so please be respectful)
- ENTERING AND EXITING - Loud cars, drunk guests entering/exiting are disruptive.
- BEING RUDE TO THE NEIGHBORS- You will be asked to leave.

If you break any of these rules you will be asked to leave. The neighborhood is on high alert and police will be called. Remember you're staying in a home on a residential street. Please treat the space and the neighbors with respect. Otherwise you will be EVICTED IMMEDIATELY WITH NO REFUND AND $1000 NOISE FINE.

For security purposes, there are outdoor security cameras & ring cameras. There is a noise monitoring device outside to monitor noise levels, we will notify you if noise levels exceed limits.

Jacuzzi & yard maintenance occurs every few days.

Host was great, outdoor space and bedrooms were all lovely. Well decorated, really excellent location, patio and fire pit were perfect. Hot tub was not great in our experience, the color and smell were a bit off but not a big deal. The parking is tricky but they did a great job explaining the parking situation and getting around the area. Great place to stay near West Hollywood!

This house is BEAUTIFUL and in the heart of Laurel Canyon. It is a PERFECT place for a couples vacation or a family trip. The guest house is the best place for your young ones to hang out or to watch Saturday College Football. The one downfall, the house allows pets, which we knew ahead of time. However the house smelled like wet dog and no matter what we did, we could not get rid of the smell. The house also needs a VERY good deep cleaning. All of that being said, we would recommend this property.

Beautiful retreat

I enjoyed a beautiful stay on this property with my friends who were all very impressed by the property!! Very clean, beautiful decor, attention to details in amenities. The only notes I would give for improvement, I did not care for being woken up early in the morning by the gardening people. Maybe ask them to come later in the afternoon. I had late work nights and needed to sleep in. Leaving the driveway is quite challenging. I would be extra careful if you’re not used to L.A. in the Laurel Canyon area. They should have speed bumps around those blind corners to keep people from going so fast around a blind turn. Otherwise, spectacular place to stay.

The most amazing spot for fun with family & friends!

We were VERY pleased with this stay. Had originally planned to go out for the evening but we had such a great set-up between the pool table/game room, open backyard area, hot tub, and music system throughout the house that we had more fun hanging at the property. Cleanliness and convenience were excellent. 100% recommended.

The home made our trip great for our family of 8

We enjoyed our 3 night 4 day stay & would return again. The home was comfortable for our family of 8. We visited both Universal Studios & the Santa Monica Pier that were short drives away. Although entry & exit into the driveway was a little tricky, we were able to fit both a Nissan Titan & Nissan Rogue into the available parking spaces. The home provides a setting to allow you to spread out if needed or congregate to enjoy family time. My oldest daughter, husband & 3 year old son stayed in the 1sft bedroom. Our 2 adult daughters stayed in the 2nd Bedroom. My husband and I stayed in the Primary Bedroom & our 15 yr old teenage daughter stayed in the rec room (she loved the loft bed & privacy). We were all very comfortable. The home was clean & felt private even though the homes in the area are on top of each other. We grilled & cooked most meals for our stay & the kitchen had all the accommodations needed to do so. We utilized most the amenities the home offered.•Drank cocktails by the outdoor fire pit•Took evening dips in the hot tub•Played the vintage arcade machine (my grandson loved it!)•Grilled steaks on the outdoor grill•Cooked & ate multiple meals in the spacious kitchen & dining room•Relaxed in the primary bathroom's soaking tub•Watched movies in the main living space as a familyI reached out to the host twice. Both inquiries were met with an immediate & helpful response that resolved my questions. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience.

Beyond Amazing

This was one of the most beautiful properties I have ever stayed at. The pictures that are used to advertise are beautiful, and up-to-date. To actually stay in the house is a whole different story. It gave a rich,warm, welcoming, home, feeling. The host was so kind, very attentive to my needs and accommodating. I was able to communicate with him and I appreciate his rapid response time. I have to go back to LA and I will definitely be staying there if this place is available, it is definitely 10 stars.

Stunning house. Great location

We stayed as a family with our teens and friends. The house is truly beautiful and very well decorated. Living room is very spacious and perfect to entertain or to just chill on sofa. The kitchen is all equipped with great amenities. The outside patio is so cute too. Finally the extra room with all the entertainment is truly the best. The kids as well as the adults loved it Property was very clean and communication was perfect. We will definitely be back. We loved it
