The room is clean and beds are very comfortable but the overall cleanliness of the hotel is poor. The carpet around the halls looks terrible and the breakfast is very very limited and not very tasty.

Customer service and room service was great. I put in for a room for four and only had two face towels and dry off towels could do a better job with towels cause even when I went to room service they didn't have towels to replace the ones I gave them.

Staff was absolutely rude. There was no hot tub or bathtubs in the rooms even though they stated their was. The whole place was under renovations and nothing on their website or on this website stating that. The bed springs were showing through the mattress. What little furniture they had was stained, broken and extremely beat up. The carpet in the hallways was so gross. They're suites had only a bed, one broken down nightstand and a table. The "living room" part of the suite just had a mini fridge in the middle of that room. When I went to a regular room because all of a sudden they had one room with a bathtub they gave me a queen bed when I requested a king because of my husband's size, he's 6'5. They didn't offer any kind of refund just said well you can go find something else at 1 in the morning after driving 9 hours to get there. Will never stay at another Quality Inn again.

A good breakfasts is hard to find, luckly, Quality Inn delivered. Cereal, yogurt, fruit, eggs, sausage patties, coffee and many more. Twas a good morning.

The bed headboard and frame would not screw in well to wall or together. Every time we sit or move it hit wall and make noise. I understand they where updating the hotel but the hallways were dirty.
