Maria Hernandez is great at that front desk. She really lnows her business. The times where i have left an item or had a problem with the room, she was ready willing and competent to resolve my issue all with a gladness you can feel.....Great guest service. The building is super old and lack of proper maintenance, the breakfast sucks, even the orange jiuce is spoiled, not good for human consumption. How can they put those on breakfast? The internet sucks too, you need to reconnect it every day and even twice a day. The morning i checked out, i cannot connect to wifi from i wake up around 7 am, so i used my own data. Last but not least: the building is under airplane routes, it's loud noise from airplane.

Excellent staff- Jose, Vivana and Angie! They go above and beyond in providing food service. Hot breakfast available and a nice lobby. The could use a bit more dusting in the rooms. Floors needed mopping.

The reality is, it’s an older property and not in a great neighborhood. That being said, it was convenient for what I needed. The room, bathroom and tub were clean. The staff was professional and courteous.
