ROACHES IN BED AND SINK.

There was cockroaches on the bed and sink. The front desk lady and manager did not believe me until I showed them pictures. Truly what a let down. We still have not got our refund and we checked out within minutes of checking in. Here is my receipt of the time we checked in and out, and also, the pictures of the bugs inside the room.

Easy and quick check-in. Everyone that works the front desk is so pleasant and helpful! I was able to put my incidental charge on a different card with no issues. The room was delightful, and just what I needed!

The staff was great. Friendly and professional. The hotel was older and our room was outside so it was kind of scary. Smelled like marijuana everywhere . Homeless people hanging out at the restaurant ( Panda Express). Room was clean and the service of cleaning the room was done everyday. ( 3 days)

Terrible experience. We got to the hotel there was no parking at all we had to be driving around to find a spot inside the property. The room was disguising, we check in and went to the room just find the was dirty and it smell like peeee horrible smell, there was literally strands of hair all over our bathroom and bathtub, I told the front desk about the smell and the hair and they said it was because their were repairing the bathtub that’s way there was like hair but no it had like a big strands of hair like they did not clean the bathtub at all.
