Our room was dirty. (1) pull out bed that was stained all over, (1) bedroom and they only gave us 2 sheets for both beds. One fitted, one flat. Linens were dirty, found a clump of hair on one sheet, and a flossing stick in the pull out mattress. Owners should extend themselves a little bit and put a little pride into it, instead of a flop house. The location is great, and had it been clean we would have rated it much better because it has potential. They aslo charge 35.00 per day for parking and the parking is secure. It didnt feel comfortable when you find notes stating if you stain their towels they will charge you. Also a rather rude email the night before check out saying, we will be charged if we broke anything or took anything. Seriously? We do not recommend and would never return. Many other options to choose from.

The location of this place is excellent. We attended conferences at the Dolby Theatre, which is just a 9-minute walk away. The room itself is nice and has everything you might need for a comfortable stay. However, the reason for my low rating is the check-in process and cleanliness. You’re required to send a photo of your driver’s license via email or text, as there’s no one available to assist with check-in. Additionally, parking must be paid through an app that sends a code to your phone—after using it, my credit card was compromised. Cleanliness was also an issue. The bed sheets hadn’t been changed; they were dirty when we arrived. Fortunately, I had read reviews on Google after booking and brought my own bed covers and comforter. Still, I didn’t feel comfortable due to hygiene concerns. On the positive side, communication with the host was fast and efficient. This place has potential, but it urgently needs a more reliable cleaning team and a safer check-in process to protect guests’ personal information.

Apartment building was very clean and well constructed. The people above us were walking back-and-forth in their apartment and we could hear them clearly. Amenities worked great. The area is so so, but it’s Hollywood.

The apartment was really clean. There are many shops and restaurants as well as walking distance to the walk of fame. We didn’t like that we could hear people walking above us at all hours, but this is no fault of the owner. The place itself was excellent and we would stay there again.

Aparthotel is neither an apartment or a hotel but highlights the disadvantages of both. It is 4 times as expensive as a standard apartment rate in the area yet lacks the hotel aspect of any front desk. In order to enter the hotel a series of gate codes must be entered. There is an unexpected $35 a night parking charge and the garage is so small I scraped my car on the wall trying to exit the lot. Not a winner location to stay.

The apartment was perfect for a family of 4. The sofa bed was not to comfy but it worked for us. Bring extra blankets if you want for comfort for the sofa bed. If you plan on using the kitchen, make sure you bring your spices and cooking oil but everything else is provided. The host was very helpful and responded within mins. We would stay again for sure.

Amazing property, literally only 2 mins walk to the Hollywood Walk of fame. Metro 5 minute walk and lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Host was excellent and replied promptly to any questions asked. Would recommend 100%
