Welcome to Claudia's Cottage a gated and private remodeled 1-bedroom Guest House in the Los Angeles neighborhood of Valley Village. 5 miles to Universal Studios, Hollywood Bowl or 7.5 miles to the Sunset Strip or shopping til you drop on Rodeo Drive or check out celebrity homes in Beverly Hills or Bel Air. Also Malibu or Santa Monica beach is about a 45 min drive away.

Small well-behaved and trained dogs only under 30 lbs will be considered with our $75 Pet Fee. No cats.

HOUSE RULES:

It is our mission to ensure that our valued guests enjoy their stay with us! We also have an equally as important commitment to our neighbors and our community. Below are the house rules that we must enforce. Please read them as well as all your guests prior to confirming your reservation.

* Minimum age to book is 25 years old. Valid photo IDs will be required from all Adult Guests.

* Check-in is after 4 pm | Check out is at 11 am.

MAX NUMBER OF OCCUPANTS 4 - includes infants. Extra Guest Fee applies. ** All Outside Visitors Must Be Pre-Approved**.

The Property is to be occupied by no more than the maximum sleep number stated on reservation unless approved in writing by Management. If Guest exceeds the occupancy limit and falsifies occupancy information at the time of reservation, Guest shall be subject to eviction. "Occupants" includes small children, infants and any and all visitors. If more than the maximum number is found to be occupying the Property at any time, you agree that a charge of $100 per person/per day will be made to your credit card. Additionally, this Agreement may be immediately terminated without a refund of any amounts paid. No Exceptions.

NO PARTIES OR EVENTS - due to the City of LA's strict ban of parties of large groups we need exact headcounts of your guests at all times.

A party is defined as any combination of the following; ANY loud noise and/or excessive drinking that is disruptive to neighboring houses and/or guests outnumbering the maximum amount permitted as defined above. A party will result in an immediate eviction from the property with no refund given under any circumstance. Any exceptions to this policy must be approved by iTrip in writing prior to the arrival date.

NEIGHBOR COMPLAINTS
Actions by guests that result in neighbor complaints or police being called to the Property will result in a minimum $250 charge, which charge will be used to deal with legal issues and fines.

CITY OF LA NOISE ORDINANCE - QUIET HOURS: 10 pm – 8 am. No Outdoor Music or Loud Voices during this time.

No Unapproved Pets

NO SMOKING - Outdoors Only. Smoking is allowed outside only. If any trace of smoke is found inside the home, there will be a strictly enforced $500 fine and the cost to eliminate residual odors.

* We require valid photo IDs of all guests. All Outside Guest must be preapproved.

* In the event of an emergency to perform necessary repairs and/or maintenance, we reserve the right to enter the property.

* Any unapproved late Check Out’s will automatically be charged $100 late check out fee per hour.

Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Trash bags under the kitchen sink. All trash and recyclables must be removed in every room and outdoor areas. Trash bins are in the driveway.
Turn off TV, appliances & AC/Heat units. All windows and doors must be shut & locked
Upon check-out inspection if it is discovered that any extra cleaning or stain removal or damages are required, you agree to pay any additional cleaning and damage fees.

Wonderful stay

I am a victim of the Eaton fire and this place was such a needed relief! The place was neat and tidy and everything is new! Was easy to reach Lily with any concerns, and the neighborhood was wonderful to walk in for myself and my dog. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a quite place and I would definitely stay here again
