Called the hotel multiple times (5-6) to inquire about a few things started calling around 9am-11am no one picked up the call not once. At the time of check in was charged a deposit fee, there was no iron in the room had to ask for one twice, and turn it in at check out otherwise they would have charged me for it. There were not enough towels in our room and the pillows were poor quality very uncomfortable.
The place is a wreck! The room smells weed! The room is very dirty! The sheets has cigarette holes. The towels has a lot of stain probably not even washed. On the 2nd night there are a lot of police due to fighting!!
I have stayed at many Red Roof Inns and this room was unacceptable.Checked in but didn't stay, room was nasty dirty. I would like to request a refund because of the state of the room.
Worst red roof hotel ever stayed in.. dirty sheets, dirty building, rooms damaged, roaches in the room, other customers staying at hotel as permanent residence
There was no towels in the room. Although the room was non smoking it smelled like smoke. The lights did not work, the tv did not work, and phone was not connected and did not work. The room was not clean and deteriorated.The security locks did not work,we had to place a chair in front of the door make protect ourselves. Hotel was very poorly lit with .any broken lights and we had homeless men roaming around following guests including myself and banging on doors. Did not feel safe at all and didnt sleep because of it. Would not recommend.

Everything was horrible bathroom was so dirty, i had to buy cleaning supply to scrubb bathtub and toilet..floor r so filthy..no wash cloths..just horrible
The towels are really old I have picture of everything if you need to see it
The floors are sleepy I call the office and they don’t care
The bed smell like they don’t wash it
If Expedia wants to see the picture I can provide it about the bathroom and towel and electrical connectors are broken and unsafe to used it
I thrust because the hotel was advertising on Expedia but please take care of your costumers
