This is the most horrible ive had. No smoke detecor in the room, tv and microwave did not work, a loud leaky shower that you can hear even when the bathroom door is closed. The pictires on hotel.com do not match the property. Front desk lady just kept saying you can leave. Made me felt unwanted at the establishment. So, i left the same night

The area was bit dirty. It does not feel safe to be alone.
T.v didn't work, shower wasn't working, I told the front desk I wasn't offered a different room nor they came to fix it, I had to check out early never staying there again
The jets for the jetted tub didn't work, the faucet dripped none stop, the AC didn't work it was cooler outside then in, the toilet kept running, and when I told the front about the AC the last asked me if I had it on cold then she said someone would go but no one ever came
Paying the deposit was a hassle and I had to literally pull out my email to verify they took it out of my account. Sign was up that they'd be back in 15 minutes and who knows how long it was up before we arrived for our 3 o'clock check in. Other than that it was great.

No clean towels. Requested new ones and never brought them to me. People running around on the balcony at 2am and someone else working on their car for 2 hrs in the parking lot constantly making their car alarm go off.
Booked the jetted tub room only to find the tub didnt work. No one stated this though when I checked in because the lady was too busy on her phone talking.
