Pay Attention to the charges on your bill

There was some confusion with my bill at the end of my stay…charged me $50 for “Tax”….then said something about my deposit not getting the full amount…they never gave me a receipt of my stay showing all final charges. Room rates were about $100 a night.

I would call the Safari Inn the golden gem in Burbank. Even though it is an older hotel and simple, it was an awesome stay. I travel a lot, some 5 star hotels, and the Safari Inn was by far better than some of these hotels. It was clean, had a coffee pot in room (which is high on my list), perfect location to everything, and the free hotel shuttle took me everywhere and back from airport, Universal Studios, the mall, downtown Burbank or where ever I wanted to go. One of the biggest plus was the staff...from the front desk personnel to the shuttle drivers, they were all so friendly and helpful...they cared! I will definately recommend them to friends/family that travel to Burbank!
