Smelly rooms, inconsiderate other guests, crowded, poorly laid out (lockers in worst possible inaccessible place), saw roaches, couldn’t use stove/oven, creakiest unsturdy beds. Only plus is good location and front desk lady was fine

The service was great. Leah the check-in person, is very kind and helpful. However, we had a huge issue with other guests’ behavior. This is a shared space and some of the other guests were insanely disrespectful and disruptive. On Wednesday night (our first night) the other occupants were in the shared kitchen making excessive noise from 2-4 AM! This pattern continued through the rest of the nights there. On Friday, a guest went into a rage a was screaming at Leah and just losing her mind. Banging on doors and screaming and screeching about “stolen money”. Not to mention the housekeepers loudly discussing the that some guests left BEDBUGS behind. We were planning on extending our sta but clearly did not. Unfortunate because the first time we stayed here we had no issues.

Absolutely worst hostel i've been to in terms of customer service. i clearly told them through the bookings app that i'll be late, but they did completely nothing about it and when i arrived 1h after their office hours, i was left stranded outside the hostel. i was forced to book another place to stay for the night. when i requested for refund, they did not reply at all.
