No pets — violation results in a $250 fee and may lead to immediate termination of stay

No smoking or open-flame candles inside — smoking must occur at least 15 ft from all doors

Respect neighboring properties and community standards at all times



NOISE & QUIET HOURS

No outdoor music, amplified sound, or disruptive noise during this window

Property is equipped with an exterior noise monitoring sensor

POOL & HOT TUB

Shower before entering the pool

No glass in or around the pool area at any time

Children must be supervised at all times

Pool is serviced weekly by our technician (Tuesdays)

Pool and hot tub use is at guests' own risk





Pool Heating (Optional — $100/day):

Must be requested for the full duration of the stay — cannot be prorated

Minimum 24–48 hours advance notice required before check-in





Hot Tub Operation:

Open the control panel

Press "V" once — screen switches from Pool → Spa mode

Preset temperature: 102°F

When finished, press "V" again to return to Pool mode





:warning: Do not tamper with pool equipment, pumps, valves, heaters, or chemical systems. Unauthorized adjustments may result in repair costs charged to the guest.

Propane BBQ available in the backyard — clean grill after each use, ensure gas is off when done, do not move the grill

The property is serviced before and after every stay. During extended stays, exterior maintenance may occur:

Landscaping: Mondays or weather-dependent





Technicians will not enter the home but may access the backyard.
