Step outside into your private outdoor oasis, featuring a sparkling pool, a separate four-person hot tub, and a charming deck with a gas grill—perfect for sunset dining. A staircase at the back of the property leads to a gate with direct access to the Gabrielino Trail, while NASA’s Jet Propulsion Laboratory (JPL) is just a five-minute walk away.
Inside, the villa boasts a stunning interior with gothic sconces, chandeliers, distressed pine beams, and contemporary décor. The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with high-end appliances, including a Viking stove and a Sub-Zero fridge, making it ideal for preparing delicious meals.
Two beautifully appointed bedrooms each include an en-suite bathroom. The primary suite offers direct backyard access, while the guest suite features a private patio. A cozy den provides extra space, making it perfect for remote work or relaxation.
This villa offers a perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and access to nature.
Guest Access:
• 2 dogs welcome in this home (pet fee required). No other animals are allowed without specific approval.
• Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.
• Guest entry instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.
• 1 day notification is required in order to heat the pool. It takes about 24 hours to heat the pool. Pool temp goes to 85 degrees. A fee of USD 100 per day, 2day minimum, must be paid prior to check-in. Guests can contact us after booking to purchase pool heat for your stay.
You must be 21 years or older to rent this property.
