Perched on a magnificent canyon, the home is very safe and built to withstand inclement strong winds, but it may rattle or shake, and windows are best left closed when not home.

Please note that this home is located in a coastal area where guests may occasionally notice a mild sulfur-like odor in the air, especially during low tide.

This is a completely natural occurrence caused by the tides and is not related to the home’s cleanliness.The scent typically dissipates quickly, and air fresheners have been placed throughout the home to ensure comfort.
