This guest house was perfect for my week-long work trip to Los Angeles. The neighborhood is very quiet and was nice for walking. The bed is very comfy, and when my husband joined me for the last few days, was also nice and roomy. The kitchen had everything we needed to make simple meals, and Juan's communication was clear and timely. There was a small snafu with the check-in, but Juan responded very quickly to my message and made everything right. We'd definitely consider staying here again!

This is the best sleep you’re getting in life. My god was that bed and pillow comfortable. Absolutely phenomenal we even asked what pillows they were. So comfy we forgot to check! It was safe spacious, clean, quiet, powerful AC, nice TV, great fridge and freezer, didn’t have a single issue at all. But do bring your own soap!! Thank you host it was a phenomenal stay

This place is perfect for a solo traveler or an intimate couple. It’s efficient, clean, and incredibly comfortable—truly has everything you need whether you’re staying awhile or just for a quick night. The shower deserves a special mention: hot water, great pressure, and very relaxing. The unit is easy to access and absolutely darling. I loved it so much I ended up extending my stay, and Juan was incredibly accommodating and helpful throughout. I’ll definitely be coming back again and again. Highly recommend—honestly, a million stars!

Quite, private space to rest. Very well maintained, gated, clean, studio sized, with necessary kitchen and bathroom amenities. Perfect for single or double occupancy. Road leading to the location is single lane and could be difficult to navigate with a large SUV or truck. Host was available and pleasant.

It was a great studio in a nice neighborhood. It was not too far from the things we wanted to do. There was a parking spot and the instructions were clear. We loved the cozy space, the mini kitchenette, and the air conditioning was great for the heat!

Juan was the perfect host. Accommodating for an early check in and even gave us an air mattress for our daughter since she needed to stay with us the first night. Comfortable kind bed, clean room. My only request would be to have some paper towels in the kitchen area and maybe a second fork. But I’m sure if we requested those things, Juan would’ve gotten them for us in a heartbeat. We would easily book this location again if we are in the area.
