Quite, private space to rest. Very well maintained, gated, clean, studio sized, with necessary kitchen and bathroom amenities. Perfect for single or double occupancy. Road leading to the location is single lane and could be difficult to navigate with a large SUV or truck. Host was available and pleasant.

It was a great studio in a nice neighborhood. It was not too far from the things we wanted to do. There was a parking spot and the instructions were clear. We loved the cozy space, the mini kitchenette, and the air conditioning was great for the heat!

Juan was the perfect host. Accommodating for an early check in and even gave us an air mattress for our daughter since she needed to stay with us the first night. Comfortable kind bed, clean room. My only request would be to have some paper towels in the kitchen area and maybe a second fork. But I’m sure if we requested those things, Juan would’ve gotten them for us in a heartbeat. We would easily book this location again if we are in the area.

Amazing weekend

My boyfriend and I were in search of an affordable getaway for his birthday. We’d planned to be in LA most of our time, the location was perfect for just that. The room was clean, the bed was comfy and the internet connection was amazing. There was easy access to the room and parking right by the door. Location was 12 minutes away from dtla union station. There were grocery stores and fast food 3 minutes away and some shopping stores down the way as well. Overall beautiful stay, can definitely see myself staying again! And would recommend to any person/persons ! Thank you to the home owners for a wonderful weekend.
