The room smelled like a smoker had stayed in it; the lingering smell gave us headaches. The shampoo and the conditioner bottles in the shower were less than 1/8 full, so there wasn't enough to wash with. It is the little things that matter, and the hotel was lacking in this area.

Hotel was beautiful from the moment we pulled up it’s tapped away in the green hills. The front desk staff was super friendly and informative upon my arrival. When we got there, the hallways were very busy. It seemed like maybe they were renovating some of the rooms, but they were very quiet and efficient. All of the staff was extremely polite when we open the door to our room. Everything inside was brand new it smelt fresh and clean. We were very pleasantly surprised. We were able to take advantage of the hot tub and sit around the fire pits. It was a lovely experience. I would definitely come back and recommend everybody..

The property was being renovated as I stayed. The noise from the workers was heard throughout the part of the hotel I was in the property does need modernisation in all rooms and hopefully once it’s complete it will be a really nice hotel again.

The front desk associates were friendly and greeted you every day. The room was a little stuffy, bulky furniture made for a small space with a family of 4. The booking was to include breakfast everyday for my family but only included 2 of the 4 and we were unable to enjoy that as a family which was severely disappointing. The grounds were nice and it was a quiet area. Despite being under renovation the noises couldn’t be heard by us where our room was located. The biggest disappointment was the lack of inclusion of breakfast for all of us despite paying for that in the booking. Do better at that Expedia.
