Morning staff was terrible and breakfast service not good. I paid for the breakfast and was not honored and I showed the paid receipt. I called Expedia to correct it to honor. I had terrible experience dealing with the staff at breakfast management. I gave them the breakfast coupon (after talking to Expedia) staff and they were asking me to fill out the form not offering a seat. Very rude and bad service. I left the place not eating and went to front desk asking for manager phone number and she refused to get to the manager and his contact number. I did ask her that I paid through Expedia for the room and breakfast, how come I couldn’t get the breakfast and not the room. She refused to call Expedia. I have recorded the conversation. I would not suggest to go to this place unless things are corrected.

I like amenities in the gym. I like the complimentary ⭐️bucks coffee and pastries. I like the free airport shuttle which was quick. I did not like our original room, there. was no water pressure to the shower, we requested a transfer to another room. One of our window has condensation within the double pane glass. The magnetic keycard door lock is old and we got locked-out bec the battery died. I think Sheraton Marriot could have refurbished this ageing building.

Expected more from a Sheraton. Doors banged shut. Rooms were not sound proof and breakfast was just ok- you can only select 3 items on sheet. Shuttle was parked in the way every day to where you couldn’t unload luggage at the entrance very easily.
