Was so excited to stay here, since it was right next to Universal Studios. Was very disappointed with the whole experience. There were unexpected fee's even though my room was prepaid. The room was dirty, there was hair in the shower, the sink wouldn't drain, no trash bags in trash cans. The room was dusty and dirty in certain areas, greasy prints on the tables, the fitted sheet wasn't even on the bed I had ended up making the bed. Unsafe, there were wires sticking out, one socket plate wasn't even on at all just barely hanging on. Not worth the price, the stress and headache! Lesson learned, will never stay here again!
