Great place to stay if going to universal studios! We stayed here for horror nights and the shuttle made it super easy to get to and back from the park!

The elevators did not work like a normal elevator. When inquired with staff, it was mansplained with a condescending tone. Got denied a to go order from the restaurant because they were closing in 10 minutes. The tvs are old and not properly mounted on the wall. The shuttle did not come every ten minutes as they claim. It’s more like twenty minutes. I will be staying at the Hilton the next time I visit.

Location is fairly central for much of LA county. Nice on property hotel for Universal Studios. Free and convenient shuttle to City Walk every 15 minutes. Easy checkin and checkout. Friendly staff. Very service oriented.

The Sheraton was a wonderful location for visiting Universal Studios / Universal CityWalk. There is a convenient shuttle for access to Universal, but it is also a quick 5-10 minute walk. The Staff were very kind and helpful, and created a wonderful environment. The building itself is a bit worn down, and the cleanliness could have been a bit better (hair in bathrooms, etc). Overall I would recommend the Sheraton Universal Hotel for anyone looking to attend Universal Studios Hiollywood, or Universal Citywalk.
