First time staying here and overall was very pleased. Room was spacious, clean and had amazing features - kitchenette with dishwasher and garbage disposal, laundry machine and dryer, etc. Staff was friendly and very prompt when asking for both towels and a microwave. Only downside was the area nearby that was very loud - would wake up from loud booms. Though this is not a fault of the hotel, and they provide earplugs which worked wonderfully. The security presence and passcode entry also made me feel safe and protected. Overall would stay again!

Inside, the hotel was clean, safe, spacious and the rooms were well equipped which made it a pleasant 3-week stay. Unfortunately, this part of DTLA is dirty and once you step outside you smell of urine everywhere. Lot of homeless people around. Sad state of the city! Lots of walkable things to see within 30 mins. Good dining options nearby as well. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Plenty of affordable parking options nearby. The garage at 835 South Hill street was a very clean and safe covered lot 5 mins walk away. We were able to park there for a monthly price of just $200 purchased through a 3rd party app.

everything was so perfect except for the parking hassle and the fact that maintenance guy whom i called never came back the entire 9 days i stayed after telling me he would be back.

Loved the hotel room! 12th floor is the top level and feels very clean, spacious, and super comfy. Interior feels modern industrial and is a nice slice of heaven. The area outside the hotel is a bit sketchy, but that's to be expected when you're like four blocks from Skid Row.

Property is amazing with all needed facilities and helpful staff. Really appreciated. Only downside is area, lot of junkies around and very bad smell while roaming around. But 7th street metro is walkable which takes you to everywhere in LA. I highly recommend the property...if you are ok with area, you can happily stay there

Great building/room, poor access and one towel

Room was beautiful. Code to get into the building did not work, code to get into the elevator did not work, but the code did let us into the room. No one at the desk. One towel for 3 people, went down, still no one there. Called the number for concierge, no one answered, after 20 minutes went to bed.
