Suite size is a 4. Very comfortable room. Housekeeping was not as attentive. We found kids toy bouncing balls in the bed. Front desk staff was very kind and worked to address our needs very well. Unlike some hotels that lack quarters for their laundry machines they had change. Thank you. Breakfast was ok.

So I like going to the Celesta because I usually love cooking when I rent rooms here. But on the particular night that I stayed the aisles in the kitchen were not working. So I couldn’t cook this time. I went back to the front desk and notified them of the problem. They did nothing to fix it.

The day manager was, Very rude and unaccommodating. I have been a Sonesta member and customer for5 years and stay at the Torrance Redondo ES suites often for medical treatment. I sometimes book through Expedia due to cheaper prices. She and Sara at the desk were nasty and I will never stay there again.

Breakfast spread was limited and the scrambled eggs which is the only egg they offered was overcooked everyday. We rather have food delivery after two days of breakfast. Room was clean and parking was plenty and safe.
