FC person was awesome.We were given the Handicap room which had not been updated in a very long time. The entire bathroom grout was moldy and dirty. No room next to the mini sink to put any stuff. We went and bought sanitary wipes to wipe down the room. as it was very dirty. Broken blinds, broken lights, old bad smelling soaps in shower. We called and asked to switch to another queen room and he switched us for the 2 more nights we were staying there,. He was awesome and very understanding. He switched us to another 2 queen room and it was night and day difference. Super clean room new bathroom with everything updated completely different shower soaps and shampoos. It was crazy how different the rooms were and thought about the injustice of putting handicapped people in the worst rooms I have seen in a long time. However more lights that did not work and paper thin walls where our neighbors were screaming at each other all night keeping our kids up and scared. Paid extra for the "continental breakfast" no details on line and it was kind of a joke. A small cereal, pastry and drink. No real healthy options. And was demeaned when I asked for decaf coffee. I stay in many hotels for work and that was a first that they didnt have decaf coffee. Motels I stay in have decaf! Have a lot more work there over the next few motnhs and will not be staying there again. Was told pool was heated when I called and there was deadbolts around it and was unable to access.

The hotel and room were clean and wheelchair friendly, including the bathroom in my room. There are several grocery stores nearby, parking was simple, and safety wasn't a concern. The highway noise wasn't that bad either.
