Great location for us (right off Pico). Was a comfortable house for us. The only downside was that there were fruit flies, mosquitos, and even roaches (but we hear this is normal for LA). the property managers were very communicative and helpful and the property was clean & comfortable. i'd recommend this place.

Great place and very central to Beverly Hills. Had an issue with the smoke alarm but the hosts were communicative about it and tried to send someone out but we were not home. Rooms were very clean and well stocked with towels and blankets. There were some gnats in the kitchen and the house stays a little hotter than we are used to, but overall it’s a beautiful home with very nice furniture in a fantastic location that is easy to get in and out of.

Perfect stay for our group

We loved the property for a home base during a trip to LA or see the Dodgers. I Found the hosts to be responsive and accommodating. The listing is perfectly accurate as well which in my experience is not always the case. I'd stay there again!
