This home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood. To ensure a pleasant stay and to respect our neighbors, all guests must follow these rules:

1. No parties or events are allowed.

2. Gatherings are limited to a maximum of 10 people, including visitors.

3. No loud music and please observe quiet hours after 10:00 PM. Excessive noise after quiet hours may result in a complaint, and neighbors may contact local law enforcement if disturbances continue.

4. No smoking of any kind inside the property. Marijuana use is strictly prohibited. Any violation may result in neighbors contacting local law enforcement.

This single-level home features a private (non-heated) pool and offers 2,100 sq. ft. of modern living space. The spacious, high-ceiling layout includes 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, including one with outdoor access.

The home is equipped with a full kitchen, including cooktop, microwave, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and essential cookware and utensils. Enjoy high-speed internet, four TVs (master bedroom, living room, garage, and outdoor patio), filtered hot and cold drinking water dispenser, water softener, refrigerator with ice maker, and an in-house washer and dryer with detergent and dryer sheets provided. Central A/C and heating ensure comfort year-round.

Fresh bedding and towels are provided for every stay. Complimentary shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand soap are also available.
