Spacious, modern Venice Beach loft

Spacious modern one bedroom live-work space with lots of natural light and everything you need in Venice. This is my primary home, not solely a rental. 


Only a short walk to all the fun at Abbot Kinney and a bike ride to Venice Beach, Santa Monica and Marina del Rey.

The unit is fully furnished and has all the essentials, including washer and dryer in unit.

Perfect for couples and up to 4 people. One queen bed and a sofa bed for 2, fully equipped kitchen, TV in the living room and bedroom and a small balcony.

- Plenty of free street parking around the building (just check for the street cleaning signs)
