The gym was good love that it was 24 hour and the staff was great. Only thing is the sheets were ripped and the room had no trash bags even in the can.

At check-in, we were greeted and serviced quickly. The air conditioning in our room wasn't working but the staff came quickly to restart it. The shower handle was broken and, unfortunately, they're couldn't get someone there to fix it. Fortunately, we were able to use a washcloth to turn the inner parts of the shower handle. All in all, small inconveniences this time around but nothing that would keep us from returning to the property!

The room was very clean. I quite enjoyed my stay despite the AC not really working, but I was fine with it because I love the cold. The room itself was very nice, the hotel wasn't too far of a walk to the Toyota Arena, and I also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast. Springhill Suites is one of my favorite hotels, and I will definitely be coming back. 10/10 would recommend. :]

Great place to stay!

We booked this hotel for my son's football tournament in the area. Check-in was seamless, the staff was friendly and very helpful. The room was clean and large enough for my family of 5. The property is located right across Costco and some great food spots, near highway 10, and near the Ontario Airport, which was great since my youngest child is currently obsessed with planes! Best part the free breakfast was actually breakfast and not just donuts and juice (which we would've appreciated, anyway!). All in all, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will defeinitely return the next time we're out in the area!
