Once you pull up to the property, please head towards the back gate. After opening the gate you will see the entrance to the door with the smart lock.

The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. Please provide the same respect and ambience that our neighborhood provides to you.

Interaction with Guests:
You may contact us through the booking platform you reserved with. Please do not disturb any neighbors adjacent to the property.

Great location in a quiet neighborhood with lots of amenities nearby. It was perfect for our family trip and a perfect hub for all the places we wanted to visit.Check in was smooth and the house had everything we needed to feel at home. Will definitely be staying here next time we return to the area.

Great little house!

We loved this place and would totally stay here again. The host was excellent with communication, and gave us stellar recommendations for nearby food! The house was clean, the kitchen has several appliances if you want to do any cooking, and the fridge with a water filter was super helpful. It was very conveniently located near Universal Studios, and the neighborhood is gorgeous!

Comfy and clean for our family

This was a lovely space in a beautiful neighborhood. It had everything our family needed, including a pack-and-play for our 1.5 year old. Property owners provided clear communication and instructions. We had a great stay.

We had a lovely stay at this property. It was clean and had everyrhingbwe needed. It is on a quiet street and walkng distance to shops and a few restaurants. We were visiting family in Burbank and it was very conveniently located. Very nice.and responsive host.

Very nice property. Comfortable beds and nice kitchen! Two small areas for improvement would be a couch with higher back/neck support. And the wi fi was very spotty/slow. Overall a very good time at the property.

Visited family for Christmas

The property looks just like the photos, and is stocked with everything you need. The owner provided all the necessary details for a smooth check-in, and check-out. In addition, he checked in to make sure all was well. I highly recommend this place.

Property was nice. Would like to of seen more comfortable seating but overall great. I would add in the check in that you will need to enter through the fence . it was little confusing especially at night. Great place though! Neighborhood was darling.

Great home base

Everything was very nice. Very clean and comfortable. Apartment was stocked with necessities and there is a very nice grocery store within walking distance. Nice Neighborhood. Good location for various day trips. Daniel, the property manager, responded immediately to any questions. I would highly recommend this property.
