I was sold a room with a kitchen and they don’t have kitchens when I asked about a full refund the front desk guy said they would keep partial refund after committing the crime of selling me the room in the first place . Every third party website for that location is saying they have kitchens when in fact they know they don’t .

Staff were nice and helpful. Price was right for a short family visit. Upstairs access has no elevator just stairs. Our room was clean. There are NO do not disturb signs. Housekeeper will enter. Other guests were noisy. You may be awakened at any and all hours of night. Many places to eat nearby, as the Mall and Ikea are across the street. Norm's breakfast is quite substantial. I would consider staying there again.

It was so unsafe in the parking lot, I refused to exit my vehicle to even go to the front desk and check in. When I tried to speak with someone, he offered that people could smoke and the hotel did not discriminate. I never even complained once about smoking, so I was confused.
