Rocky start but decent ending

Check in was easy but the apartment had not been cleaned when I arrived. Owner picked up call immediately and apologized. He offered another apartment on the same floor where I could stay while they cleaned the original apartment. It took 2+ hours for it to get cleaned. Once clean, space was as advertised. I didn’t ask, but there was no offer for any type of refund. That would have been appreciated.

Bare bones

Upon arrival the code to enter did not work. I called the host and did not answer. He sent me a text instead. We texted for 45 minutes telling me to keep re-entering the same code. Frustrated I requested he comes to the unit. He sent a friend over an hour after our arrival to let us in. There was no soap in shower, one roll of toilet paper for a week, partial roll of paper towel, a 2 inch dirty sponge in kitchen, No hand towels or wash cloths, a Keurig machine but no pods. Blinds and ice maker were broken. Very disappointed.
