Step into the Swell Haus! Our charming beach bugalow offers three cozy bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a private backyard retreat. Just steps from the sandy shores, enjoy sun-kissed days and moonlit evenings in this serene oasis. Perfect for families or friends seeking seaside tranquility. This two-level home has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. -The second level main living floor has a kitchen, 2 King Bedrooms, Full Bathroom and stylish living room with ocean views. -The bedroom downstairs has a twin mattress bunk bed and full bathroom with a tub. The top bunk bed is not suitable for adults, however we do have a bean bag that has a queen size mattress inside. -Private patio space with a table and chairs for outdoor dining. -This space is perfect for two couples with small kids or a few friends looking to spend a good time at the beach. The location is PRIME with just steps to the sand and steps to downtown Manhattan Beach. Please note parking is not included. This house has one flight of steep stairs to get to the front door. Feel free to relax and make yourself completely at home in this house, as it's exclusively yours for the duration of your stay. There is a house that's in front that is a separate Airbnb listing called Sol Haus. We are available to answer questions or help with anything from 7am-10pm via cell phone or through Airbnb messaging. -There is active construction next door. -This house does not include onsite parking of any kind. If you have a car, you need to park in nearby public spaces. Some are located on Manhattan Ave. -There is a steep flight of stairs to get to the front door. -The top bunk bed is not suitable for adults. -We have a large bean bag that has a queen size mattress inside the bean bag that is very comfortable and can be used in the downstairs bedroom if you don't want to use the top bunk. -This beach bungalow was built in the 1940s
