This home is located on one of the most sought-after streets in San Fernando—just minutes from the Metrolink and within a 20–30 minute drive to many of Los Angeles’ top attractions. It’s the perfect spot for families or groups looking to relax and explore all that LA has to offer!

Please note, there is a separate guest unit located behind the main house. Guests staying in that unit access it via the side gate and porch, ensuring privacy for all.

A charcoal grill is available for your use—just bring your own charcoal and enjoy!

This is a peaceful, family-friendly neighborhood. Out of respect for our neighbors, we kindly ask that there be no parties, loud gatherings, or excessive noise.

The city of San Fernando has its own police department, and they are known for being responsive and attentive to any concerns.

We want to reassure future guests that a licensed pest management company inspected the home and confirmed there is no infestation. The roach seen was an American roach, which can occasionally enter through sinks in spring. We had the pest control spray the perimeter of the house, which is a preventative treatment to avoid future issues.

Additionally, our HVAC company identified a burnt wire, which has been repaired. It was a routine maintenance issue, and we don’t expect any further A/C problems.

My friend and I stayed at Daisy’s place for a girls' retreat focused on cooking, and it was absolutely perfect. We specifically chose this home for the kitchen, and it exceeded every expectation—the 6-burner stovetop was a total dream to work with! Beyond the kitchen, the backyard provided such a cozy, peaceful vibe for us to enjoy our meals and take in nature. Daisy was an incredible host; she was very responsive and kept communication clear throughout our stay. If you’re looking for a relaxing, high-quality getaway, this is the place for you!

House was very nice. Liked the neighborhood. Easy parking. The only thing I would change is the light switches in the house were very confusing (which ones go to which lights, where they were located, etc). The light switch setup is unusual.
