The space
Open plan designer's dream bungalow. The home is newly furnished with art, décor & plants that give a contemporary, yet, dreamy feel. The kitchen features white subway tiles, floating chop-block shelves, a large counter island & modern stainless steal appliances; has ample counter space, counter seating, and includes all of the necessary extras. The bedrooms offer blackout shades, one walk-in closet, ambient lighting & 100% cotton sheets with down comforters & pillows. A Jack & Jill bathroom w/ tub separates the bedrooms. Amenities include split-unit AC/heat, smart HD TV, reliable Wi-Fi, in-unit laundry, and parking on premises (by request). The shared backyard garden has a large Jacuzzi, an outdoor dining table, outdoor grill (by request), and enough space to enjoy a quiet afternoon under the canopy of a yellow-flowered Tipuana tree.
