Stylish escape in the heart of Larchmont Village (LA Times "hottest neighborhood in LA"). Hancock Park. Right near Paramount Studios, the Grove, Hollywood. Walking distance to coffee shops, restaurants and boutiques. This very private gated home feels like your own boutique hotel with luxurious heated pool. Amazing indoor, outdoor flow. Great outdoor dining for summer. Stunning interior design, featured on cover of Better Homes and Gardens. Includes separate guest house. Just listed but have lots of reviews on other properties. FLEXIBLE WITH DATES. JULY-OCT - We are a family heading to Europe, would love a nice family, its really great for kids, fully enclosed property! or respectful solo traveler (very private), we only rent it out while we are away. So it's very important to us that we find the right guests.

The space is 100% your own. It's extremely private. Four large bedrooms, Three bedroom in mainhouse (have cribs in the boys rooms, but can put beds in)

There is an entire separate backhouse too, plus the heated pool and firepit.

Other things to note: They often shoot our home in tv, film and magazines, so if you stay here you might recognize it ;)

Walking distance to Paramount Studios, Koreatown and Silverlake! A short uber ride to the Farmers Market & The Grove or the Griffith Observatory for views of the Hollywood Sign. Less than 5 miles to downtown Los Angeles (DTLA). 11 Miles from Airport (LAX). 13 Miles to Santa Monica Beach.
