Spacious, sun-filled bedroom includes a Queen bed (organic mattress!), blackout curtains, cabinets, built-in drawers. Bathroom includes a bathtub, storage, ample counter space, shelving. Mounted, flatscreen TV setup for streaming. Succulent plants requiring minimal care. Heater. AC window unit. On-site laundry. Rent includes wifi, utilities. On-Site laundry. Easy street parking.

Appealing, quiet 4-unit building. This apartment is on the ground floor, which is elevated by a few steps and looks out over a plant-filled patio.

Excellent location: quiet residential neighborhood, walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops, Whole Foods nearby (4 min drive). Nestled in walkable neighborhood near Silver Lake reservoir... yet easy access to Downtown LA, Hollywood, Glendale, major freeways. Rare availability.

Occupants and subletters of this space have voiced deep fondness for the apartment. I have lived here, too, so I can attest to the happy, quiet, charm of the living space, the property, and lovely Silver Lake.
