I was told that even though I booked and prepaid the room— which the app said is nonrefundable so it won’t allow me to get the refund. I deserve— I was told that their system was down so they couldn’t give me the room and they attempted to charge me a second time to reserve a room. I need to be refunded for this because I never actually got the room even though I went to check in

me cobraron $200 de depósito, no tenían estacionamiento en el lugar, en el front desk mala actitud ningún servicio al cliente y cuando salí fueron a ver mi cuarto antes de darme el depósito como si fuera ladrón de robarme algo, nunca regresaría a ese lugar. NUNCA Lo recomendaria.

I am strict vegan and I just wish they would include some vegan options like mini carton of soy milk for cereal, small fingertip nondairy cheese cream, etc. The orange juice wasn't available at that time I stayed for the weekend.
