Enjoy a pleasant stay at this 1-bedroom apartment in Calabasas. This cool retreat offers AC, WiFi, and a private yard. This brand-new cozy bedroom and bathroom provide all the essentials for a fantastic getaway. We're happy to assist with any questions while you stay at our apartment.

Our property is located across from Calabasas Peak and many great hiking trails. In addition, we are about 9 miles from Malibu Beach and 4-5 miles from the shops, restaurants and night life of Calabasas, Woodland Hills and Topanga.

You will enter our gated property from the driveway. Once you have booked we will provide an entry code. There is parking for one car beyond the gate in front of the last garage door. You will walk along a short pathway which opens up to a grassy lawn with terracing, mountain views and mature trees. The yard also includes a gas BBQ and picnic table with umbrella. Enter the guest apartment from one of the 3 double French doors and enjoy the beautiful Spanish Tile and furnishings. You will find the apartment stocked with a kitchenette, dishes, utensils and glassware. The apartment has A/C and heat a full-sized bed and large flat screen TV with an Amazon Firestick. The apartment has a shower, pedestal sink and vanity.

This is non-smoking, non-vaping property with quiet hours of 10 pm to 8 am daily. No drugs of any kind are allowed on the property.
