Courteous and quick reception, free parking, amazing room and upgrade. Only issue was the slightly limited channels on the TV and the unstable WiFi as it went out for a few hours in the middle of the night. Otherwise, it was great.

We had to pay a $20 a night resort fee - we didn’t use any of the resort aspects but still had to pay it. It includes “free valet” where the drivers then expect a tip so we didn’t use this. The regular parking was always overfilled with casino visitors so we ended up parking far away. We asked for every other day cleaning but our room was only cleaned twice in 10 days - this didn’t include wiping the tables down which were thick with dust. We were given an iron but no ironing board so pretty useless. On one occasion we were woken up at 5am to move our car so they could do construction work - there had been no signs here the evening before saying we couldn’t park there or that work would be carried out. The room size was fine and the bathroom was a good size.
