The staff was the highlight of my stay—everyone from housekeeping to the front desk and food service was friendly, responsive, and pleasant. The hotel had a lively atmosphere and the interior decor felt spacious and updated. That said, there were several drawbacks. The lobby was very noisy, with multiple TVs and music playing at once, making it impossible to find a quiet spot—I even had to take an interview in my car. Breakfast was fine for a free option, but the breads were tough and some items (like the quiche) felt a bit odd. In my room, the shower initially only trickled until I realized the handle needed to be rotated, and there was visible oxidation ans wear around the shower area (though still watertight). The vanity was loose on its hardware and kept coming unhooked, confusing my older mom. The heating/AC unit was also extremely loud, which made it hard to rest. Housekeeping ran out of face towels, so I had to use hand towels. Finally, trash left in the narrow hallways by other guests wasn’t cleared quickly, which felt unsanitary. Overall, TownePlace Suites has great staff and a modern look, but the noise, maintenance issues, and cleanliness lapses kept it from being fully comfortable.

Exceeded my expectations. Very nice staff! Lovely complimentary breakfast Nice spacious clean room. I waa fine with the matttress but my sister thought it waa lumpy. Thats a matter of preference. But the property is well kept and conveniently located for what i needed to do. Will definitely be booking this place on my future returns to LA.

We stayed here recently from September 15-18. On our 2nd day we were scheduled for a room service and we asked the front desk person to have our room cleaned on our way out. When we got back in the evening we found our room 186 untouched and was never cleaned. We called the attention of the next person on the reception and never got an answer back. We requested for new towels that arrived when we followed up after 30 minutes. We liked the property as its close to LAX and to the places we’d be meeting friends, i hope this experience of us requesting for service in our room won’t happen again.

Everything was really good! Didn’t really care for the breakfast, there wasn’t a good choice of breakfast it was presented nicely, but it was the people that came down that made it suck!
