Room was very clean and the bedding was comfortable. We had an issue early on but management, specifically Dior, offered to fix it and did a great job reassuring us for the remainder of our stay. The breakfast was ok. Daily, the eggs and meat option, turkey or pork sausage, were overcooked and dry. But there were plenty of other options and none of us went hungry. Overall, a good location with very friendly staff.

I booked the suite with a pullout couch. The first night they gave me a room with no mattress after asking for one i was told some rooms dont have them. I explained i booked this because of my 3 children. They gave me comforters and had me sleeping on just springs (i have photos). When i spoke to the manager in the am they said some rooms dont have mattresses . But when speaking to head of house keeping she said it was the only mattresses (less) room. After an in-counter at check in (3 hours late). Not letting me pay cash and not excepting tap pay they cancelled my room, that almost left me and my 3 kids homeless for the night. They then gave me that room when my friend came to give her card. I am so disappointed because we go there when my daighter needs medical needs close to the hotel, (she is 13 and needs a kidney). She also suffered a minor seizure when they refused to give us the room. Then saying i booked thru hotels. Com. N they can cancel anyone. Im so disappointed. The next night was better l, but while i was supposed to be enjoying family time at the pool i was left to switch rooms. Just not a great experience that i usually have with the Marriotts.

Clean room. Good price. Breakfast was not good. Not a lot of options. Only hot food was scrambled eggs, sausage (turkey saudage on Sunday) and the most disgusting oatmeal ever. Also, the juice machine was broken the whole time so they had pitchers out but the staff person who was servicing the breakfast area/food couldn't walk and moved very slowly when she did (not just referring to moving from one place to another-I'mtalking refilling, ppening ip new bottles, etc.) so things were going empty and staying empty for longer than they probably should have. If you asked her for anything like milk, half and half, sugar, whatever, you got a huff in response. Otherwise staff and housekeeping were really nice. Parking kind of sucked when we got back late (after 9pm) but we were always able to cut through the adjoined hotel. Overall, yes we plan on stayjng here again when we visit LA.
