As a frequent traveler (35-50 trips a year), I have never experienced such an unpleasant stay. I stayed at this hotel for 12 days during the wildfires, and while I was patient and understanding, my experience was very disappointing. There was no water for 3-4 days, and the plumbing issue took far too long to resolve, with staff giving conflicting answers. My fridge didn’t work for most of my stay, and even after it was replaced three days before I left, the circuit breaker kept shutting down. Trash and room service were missed twice, and I had to ask the front desk to have someone pick up trash from my room. A staff member mentioned possible compensation, but despite followups and promises to escalate it, no one got back to me. to say the least this stay was very frustrating. I cannot recommend this hotel.

This was my second stay here and I will be returning. Workers of the hotel were great and answered any questions we had. My only complaint is that the tv & WiFi were a constant issue from the first to this second visit. When trying to watch Netflix the show would play for 2 minutes then go back to the Home Screen. The second time we brought a fire stick to use but the WiFi wasn’t working. We called maintenance and he wasn’t able to figure it out either but did try his best. During our second stay the living room tv stopped working, as it stayed on a random channel and we couldn’t change it. We stayed to the bedroom tv but even then the constant going back to Home Screen was a little annoying. Other than the tv & WiFi being an issue everything else about our stay was great. Hope the tv & WiFi issues get fixed.

Everybody was nice, but I got there a little bit later and I did not get the room that I had booked so that was a little inconvenient cause I needed the stove to cook some Thanksgiving dinner but they helped me out and I got to use the stove in the hotel and it all worked out in the end

Everything was excellent, except there was no bedding for the pull out sofa bed. Wasn’t sure if it was upon request. Besides that Everything was perfect. Very clean very modern. Definitely will return.

We stayed in one of the two room suites with a kitchen and it was fantastic for our family. Very clean and up to date furniture. The kitchen was small but had everything we needed to make a few meals at. There were enough outlets and usb ports in the bedroom to plug all of our devices into and that is rare! The gym was one of the best hotel gyms we’ve seen and the complimentary breakfast was nice, too. The staff was all very friendly and helpful. If we are ever back in this area, we know where will stay.

Check in was easy and the customer service was excellent. Staff was helpful and friendly. Room was clean. Only thing was the shampoo was empty. Only two coffee pods no waters for coffee and no creamer option in the room. Otherwise the room far exceeded expectations.
