The staff is very friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. My only complaints are no microwave and shower pressure not great.

I was offered a room in a part of the property that made it impossible to stay there due to what appeared to be homeless encampment under the stairway to the second floor directly in front of room cover by blue tarp. The room was off of a dark narrow entry hall very frightening for a single (female) entering the area after dark after attending my conference it had blindside areas off the narrow hall and the encampment under the stairs. I was onsite only 10 minutes the desk clerk refused to give me a checkout receipt. But I left and found a Hilton Hotel property nearby so I am out of pocket still for two hotels 3 nights stays because I haven't received a refund even though I couldn't stay in the conditions of this downtown location with transients walking the property covered in blankets. The otherside of the property looked more livable but I was told it was full. I took lots of images of the conditions I was shown 2 other rooms same area even worst for use damage and smell than the first room.

I liked how everything was close by so I didnt have to uber or take transportation to get places, however given the opportunity the air conditioning unit for my room didnt work as well as i wouldve like so it tend to get hot in the room fairly quickly

We had a dirty washrag on the floor when we first walked in, hair on the beds that was not ours, a moldy shower curtain and a sink that would leak onto the floor, making it slippery. We couldn't even walk into the lobby of the building due to construction and had to do all business right through a window.

I had to go to the bathroom when arrival and the staff got us to the room quickly (good job). The lodging is old and we had no lamps and teh telephone did not work so we had phone the main center who connected us to the office so we could complain.

Basic run-down motel

The elementary room has a somewhat decent bed. Pillows, not so much. The hot water pressure for the shower was non-existent. The AC/Heater was very dusty, but luckily, the window could be opened, so I didn't have to turn it on. Lighting was SUPER bright to the point of being blinding.

Ok lower priced stay

Dirty all around the outside and mold covering the shower curtain. Overall the room was clean with updated fixtures but very uncomfortable mattresses and pillows made it an unpleasant experience.

This must’ve been the worst hotel we’ve ever stayed at. Our room was vibrating. I don’t know if there was a broiler room underneath us, but even our water bottles were completely shaking on the nightstands so loud when I told the manager about it, they did absolutely nothing. I don’t understand how they can have a hotel with rooms that sound like that we booked it because we had a larger family going on a cruise. I would never stay at that place again.
