I get what I paid for..

Rooms ok like newly upgraded... beds like sleeping in tin cans noisy. Restroom shower clogged and waited 15 min for warm water. Freezer did not cool beds were not made just dropped towels wow ... parking so packed cars parked behind other cars squeezing out inching by parked cars...oh Hookers walking around the Hotel . Only thing the price was resonable.

Went hoping for an easy hotel for our trip, but instead we got a literal hotel from hell. Our bed sheets had hair on them and were dirty. We found roaches in our room. Luckily we didn’t need a smoke alarm because if we did ours was wide open and held no batteries. One time we heard people fighting in the room next to us and we called the lobby for the hotel because we were genuinely terrified for them to not do anything about it and for us to attempt, yet fail to find another place to stay. While the prices might seem cheaper than most places I would spend the extra dollars to stay else where.

The first night we were there we noticed that there was one hand towel in the room. For the rest of the day we had to ask for towels, and there was no room service. The rooms were not clean while we were there.

Front desk not very friendly. Our room smelled like smoke when I clearly asked for a non smoking. Our room was not labeled a non smoking room like the rest but he insisted it was. To solve the problem they just sprayed vs moving us. Parking is horrible.

Not clean, got a “non smoking room” and it smelled like cigarettes. Had to buy air freshener and car vent clip. There was burn marks and stains on the couch. Found 3 spiders on the vanity. The floor was not clean, I would not stay again. Parking was terrible on lot and “extra” parking lot. Tv/remote didn’t work. Only thing worth the stay was Mugs Cafe close by.

The room looks nice. However, the bed, pillows, towels were SO SO DIRTY. There was no more toilet paper, and when I asked, they only gave us 1 roll. BAD SERVICE. The room above made noise every night that we couldn’t sleep at all. We already notified the staffs and NOTHING CHANGED. I really wish I have a refund back. NEVER GO BACK THERE. Zero star rating

Muy mala!!!!! para empezar, mi eaposo tuvo k ir por sabanas y toallas por k las del hotel estanban insalubres, el piso con moho , residuos de comida hechada a perder, el baño asqueroso lleno de moho, la televisión nunca sirvio tuvieron k traer otra vieja y sucia, y nadie me pudo responder a tamto problema, PORFAVOR NO MAL GASTEN SU DINERO LO BARATO SALE CARO!!!! PAGAR POR U N POCO MAS POR LA FAMILIA NO TIENE PRECIO, LA RECEPCIÓN APESTA A COMIDA INDU!!! NO NO NO TODO FUE UNA MUY MALA CREANME PORFAVOR UNA MUY MALA ESTADÍA EL PISO ASQUEROSO , ANDABAMOS EN CALCETINES Y ACABABAN NEGROS!!!!! No se hospeden aqui 🙏 🙏 🙏 porfavor
